Kimisigara Orphanage is a steep, dusty, hillside climb from the main road far below. The Point Foundation partners with Orphans & Vulnerable Children, Rwanda (OVR, Rwanda) to care for 45 children in residence, and 40 children locally. |

Children aged 2 - 18 live at The Rutongo Handicapped Center. During the day, the central room is lined with sewing machines used to train handicapped men, women, and children; at night the sewing machines are pushed aside and these tailors and babies sleep on dusty, thread-bare mattresses. |
